The App BW-Bank allows you to keep an eye on all of your accounts. This guide explains how to set up the BW-Bank and the BW pushTAN app.

Download the latest version of the app for free – from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Tip: Update the app regularly in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. This lets you use all the functions securely and without any problems.

To set up the BW pushTAN-App, you need a pushTAN registration letter. In addition, your Sparkasse account must be activated for the pushTAN procedure. If you have not received this letter, please contact your Sparkasse.

Existing online banking account or online banking initial access data

To use the App BW-Bank, you need an online banking account or initial access data for online banking. To confirm your identity in the BW pushTAN-App, you also need the online banking credentials.

When setting up the app again, for example with a new smartphone

If you want to reset the App BW-Bank on a new device, you will need your login name and PIN for online banking.
